For more than 50 years, JCE has created exciting businesses! Founded in 2023 by JCE Group, Viltor was launched as the group’s investment company for small and medium-sized companies. The basis for Viltor are all the small and medium sized acquisitions made by JCE Group from 2017 to 2022, which now are allocated to one company. In 2024 Viltor is estimated to have an annual turn over of SEK 1 billion.

The rationale is a proactive move to embark on the new strategy, increase sector focus and value creation why all SME investments were located to the Viltor portfolio. JCE also believe that by concentrating the diversified SME portfolio to Viltor, the businesses will gain synergies as well resilience against ups and down in the general economy. Viltor is a stand-alone company with an independent management and balance sheet. Going forward Viltor will develop the portfolio and invest in new companies with an equity investment range of SEK 25 to 250 million.

JCE Group is part of JCE, a family office founded in 1971, which is committed strategically and long-term to developing and building innovative, profitable and sustainable companies. The group includes JCE Group, JCE South America and JCE Forestry, which conduct business both nationally and internationally through majority-owned companies, strategic listed holdings and asset management. In 2023, JCE had sales of over SEK 6 billion and had a balance sheet total of more than SEK 10 billion.
