The Team

Erik Forslund

CEO

Erik brings 20+ years of valuable experience to Viltor from previous executive positions in global manufacturing companies combined with prior roles in strategy- and M&A consulting companies as well as start-ups.

Erik leads the overall development of Viltor and represents the company on the boards of Jobro, Systemite, OctoFrost, Aliaro and Singer & Sohn and also serves on the Board of Bruks Siwertell Group.

Emma Ekblad

CFO

Emma has a broad finance background including CFO positions, business controlling and senior group positions in global industrial companies.

She also has experience in audit and consultancy businesses primarily within corporate finance, where she worked on a diverse range of engagements with local, national or cross-border nature. Emma joined Viltor in 2024 and represents Viltor on the board of OctoFrost.

Victor Jacobson

Investment Manager

Victor has a strategy consulting background, having advised multinational companies across several industries primarily on operating models, growth and commercial strategy as well as business model innovation.

Victor is responsible for Viltor’s Venture portfolio and represents Viltor on the boards of Aliaro, Jobro and Nohau.

CEO & Owner JCE Group AB. Founder of Viltor AB

Hampus is the main owner and responsible person for JCE, which acts as a family office and governing body for the whole group. Hampus has a background from investment banking working with both M&A and ECM. Current positions include being the CEO of JCE Group and serving in the board of Consafe Logistics, Baltic and JCE South America. Hampus joined JCE in 2000.

Sofia Sahlberg

Chief Operating Officer JCE Group AB

Sofia brings ~15 years of experience from active ownership, strategy consulting, M&A and board work in a broad range of industry sectors. Sofia joined JCE in 2016.
Apart from serving in the board of Viltor, Sofia currently has board positions in Knowit, Consafe Logistics, Bruks Siwertell Group, Baltic Safety Products, and Chalmers Ventures.

Patrik Olsson

Chief Operating Officer at Consafe Logistics

Patriks career path has taken him from the competitive world of professional sports to C-suite roles. With over 18 years of executive leadership in the software, automation, and manufacturing sectors, he has developed a deep expertise in both software and hardware solutions. Patrik have strong experience in areas as strategy, organisational restructurings, operational efficiency, and a track record of driving growth through international expansion, partnerships and collaborative work.
